Exciting Personal News: My Book is on the Way!

I have some huge personal news to kick things off! After months of hard work, late nights, and an overwhelming amount of coffee, I’ve officially completed my final manuscript and sent it to my publisher, St. Martin’s Press. It feels like I’ve birthed a baby—a book baby, to be precise! This project has been a labor of love, blending my years of experience as a matchmaker, my family’s deep history in the industry, and the evolving dynamics of modern dating.

For those of you who have been following my journey, you know how much this book means to me. It’s not just about matchmaking; it’s about the art, history, and science behind human connection. And while the hardest part of writing it is behind me, now comes the nurturing phase—getting it ready for its grand debut on pub day in May 2025.

October Agape Intensive

If September’s dates don’t quite fit into your schedule, don’t worry. We’ve got another October Agape Intensive coming right up!

  • Dates: October 10 and 11 from 5-8 PM ET, and October 12 from 10 AM-1 PM ET

Season 5 of “Ask a Matchmaker” Begins October 1st!

I’m beyond excited to announce that Season 5 of Ask a Matchmaker is launching on October 1st! Can you believe we’re already five seasons in? This journey has been so rewarding, and I’m thrilled to continue bringing insightful conversations with thought leaders, therapists, and, of course, answering your dating questions.

This season, we’re mixing things up with a brand-new format. While I can’t spill all the details just yet, I’ll be sharing more in an upcoming newsletter, so stay tuned!

In other exciting news, I was recently featured in Brides Magazine, where I shared some of my top tips for online dating. One of my favorite parts of the article touches on some common mistakes people make when building their profiles.

Including photos with their female friends. ‘It’s a phenomenon: The moment you post a photo with your girlfriend, she’s somehow hotter than you. Men assume you have friends—they don’t need to see photos of your friends,’ she says. In her experience, men also immediately skip over profiles that feature business headshots—’There’s nothing feminine about it,’ she says—and photos of you as a bridesmaid, which read as ‘too serious.’”
