Paris Campbell is a comedian and actor from NYC. She makes intentionally chaotic content on Instagram, TikTok, and this week, my couch. (Skip to 9:57 for a prime example of what I mean).
She has been featured in numerous publications, including The NY Times, NY Post, Fortune, and Unilad. Aside from being a successful performer, she also has an INSANE backstory. Let me give you the cliff notes version. 
- Paris’s father was a musician and her mother was an actress, appearing on shows like Days of Our Lives and All My Children
- Her grandmother was crowned Miss America in 1951, her biological grandfather was the Vice President of Universal Pictures, and her step-grandfather was the first ambassador of Algeria
- Paris grew up in what was essentially the front yard of the White House. She lived in the house Jackie Kennedy moved into after JFK was assassinated.
- She recalls a time when she took silver platters from the Vice President’s home, “Crisco’d” the bottom of them, and used them to slide down a hill in his backyard.
- She attended an all-girls boarding school where the Jonas Brothers regularly performed at prom, school dances, and graduations.
In other words, she’s the next-generation Kevin Bacon. Six Degrees of Paris Campbell will lead you to anyone in the world you want to meet. 
When I first reached out to invite her on the podcast, she was single. Now, she’s engaged to her partner Laura Jane Grace, lead singer of the band Against Me!, and they are getting married this month.
Together, the three of us had a fun, hilarious, and chaotic time!
